This year, Utah will once again take center stage at the Paris Air Show, the world’s largest international aerospace trade show. As one of 17 state booths, Utah’s presence continues to be a standout, bringing together key players from across the industry to highlight the state’s ingenuity, collaboration, and vision for the future of aerospace.

Exhibitor Package – $2,500

Non-refundable if canceled after March 31, 2025.

  • Dedicated exhibition space in the Utah pavilion, hosted by WTC Utah, for showcasing your products and attracting attendees.

  • Brand recognition in the pavilion and your dedicated space, along with inclusion in marketing materials that highlight the Utah delegation.

  • Two exhibitor tickets.

  • Use of the Utah pavilion as your base of operations to hold meetings and recharge — your devices and yourself.

  • Opportunities to network with fellow Utah aerospace and defense businesses and connect with international buyers, suppliers, and investors.

  • Virtual profile to exhibit your products and attain leads.

Visitor Package – $500 per person

Grant opportunities available!

Small businesses can apply for the SBA STEP grant through World Trade Center Utah to help offset travel and lodging costs for the Paris Air Show. Approved exhibitors and visitors may receive reimbursement of up to $1,000 or 75% of qualified expenses.

The grant can not be used to cover the WTC Utah participation fee. All grant awards require a 25% cash match by the recipient.
